Ok, so I have pushed more code to master BUT it break lms3/qemu
It should run on your '407 board now (also built a 429 version for brabo)
On my 411 HW this code runs, tty works BUT TX is very very slow (like old
school teleprinter!)
I think you need to test on real HW & qemu, there are real differences :S
This is not final code, but hackz to get something working / debuggable. I
don't like to leave it like this but it's beer o'clock and I want you to
see what I have done with the uart.c file
