Include cross-gdb in arm-frosted-eabi- #60

CfR: suggestion by @richardcochran in #39 :

Anyhow, it is super easy in crosstool-ng to include gdb, just one check box, iirc. Why not include it?

Fixed: next toolchain release will include a cross-gdb.

Verified via jenkins build. Continuous build toolchain containing the fix: http://archive.trexotech.com:8081/arm-frosted-eabi-Jenkins-16.07.17_18.57.tar.bz2
