On my tiny VPS, it takes 2.2x the video length to transcode. So a 3 hour vod will take 6.6 hours to transcode. That's too slow and it holds up getting a vod published.
If this happened async in the BG it would be fine, but it's holding up taskTriggerWebsiteBuild.js which needs to run ASAP.
