Patron (CDN) option is displayed even when there is no patron vod available #189

UI is too eagerly displaying the selector.

Looking at the functionality of the switcher on a vod without a muxAsset, it looks like the switcher doesn't attempt to activate the patron (mux) player. So it's not as big of a deal as I first thought. The public player stays active and is playable.

I think I might have fixed this already?? But haven't pushed to main. I FORGOR EDIT: No I def. fixed this.

I deleted the IPFS/CDN selector in favor of automatic selection
