obviously this project is no longer maintained - alternatives? #631

It seems that this project is no longer maintained. And with the new google policies regarding OOB OAuth2 it will completely stop working.

Anyone know of any alternatives? Or anyone willing to continue development of gcalcli?

Why is this closed? Was there any development we're not aware of? gcalcli has not been working properly for a while now and people's questions are not being answered. Also there are no updates or transparency on what will happen with the new google policies and updates.

Hi! Asking for alternative packages is out of scope for an issue tracker. I suggest using a more general discussion board.

I don't have any answers for you on those. And that's not because I have the answers and won't tell you. Sorry if that is unsatisfying, but please keep in mind no one is paid to work on this project or even respond to your inquiries.
