Add option to use markdown as default syntax #92

Currently, the C command always create a .txt file. It would be usefull to be able to default to markdown .mkd extension instead

I like this idea! Potentially a new configuration option could be added, like cfg_default_note_ext. I wonder if something like this exists already. I'll look into it soon. :+1:
