Create a getting started / welcome app #158

As part of this, we need to great some graphics for the app: icon, introductory screen, etc. This used to be tracked as #159, but closed that and we can track it here.

When @tomsci and I were talking about this, we had the following ideas (and probably a few more I didn't capture):

The original Series 3c / 3mx tips app:

Psion 3c / 3mx tips icon

This has a slightly flatter style to the Series 5, but perhaps it could serve as inspiration. I'd been hoping to find a lightbulb in the original Series 5 / Series 7 built-in clipart, but no such luck.

I do like the idea of an iPhone or iPad rendered in the graphics style of the time: This screenshot of PsiWin shows that style pretty well:

I was planning to put a storyboard together for this but I've got around to it yet. In the meantime, here's an aspirational list of screens:

  1. Welcome
  2. What is OPL / what are Psions?
  3. What can it do (displaying images, and sprites?)
  4. What can it do (playing sounds)
  5. What can it do (put it together sounds and animations / little character jumping across screen)
  6. Screen furniture (menu button / toolbar button / task switcher / clock)
  7. Installing programs
  8. Go ahead and play!

We might find it more useful to put step 6 earlier? 'Welcome to OPL; this is a toolbar, here's the menu, etc.'

Pushing this to 1.0.1.

I'm going to close this as complete—we have a getting started program (thanks @tomsci!) and we're already shipping it. We can raise little improvements and tweaks as separate issues.
