Improves the placeholder state for the Explore tab
Ensures the Explore tab doesn't show up with a single "Topics" section with the "Topics" topic 🥴
Bumps schema version with a migration to delete Track objects when updating to 7.4, ensuring the new collection of topics replaces the old one
