Here it is about making sure we can display in the attachment page the metadata extracted from MICO. After uploading the video I shall be able to edit:

title
caption
description

also it would be good to configure the following options:

sharing options (if sharing will be added to the player or not)
video rating (G, PG-13, R, X - this is optional but it can help indexing)
the shortcode
license (Copyrighted, CC Attribution, Public Domain, null)

VideoPress Here (VideoPress) we can see how to treat a video

BC and Kaltura They have their own UI but provide also the dimensions of the video in the player
