when i got to this place, it did not work i tried all other solution same result "'npm' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." i have downloaded the visual c++ also. i downloaded the node_module and run npm start, it gave the same issue. i have been on this for about a day now. i'm using python 3.8 which i downloaded from Microsoft Store. please i need answer quickly
