I don't know if this was your problem, but I believe you are supposed to run: python3 datafeed/server3.py when you are in the folder cd \Users\insidesherpa\JPMC-tech-task-2-py3 Though, what did the trick for me to run the server was actually python datafeed/server3.py instead.

You should check to see what python version you are running through the command line first!
