nodejs folder not in program files #291

i installed nodejs v11.0.0 through nvm and the path is set to c:\program files\nodejs . but still it shows "is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

and when i searched there is no file or folder named nodejs in program files. I searched for solutions but couldnt find any.
