Build a crash prediction modeling application that leverages multiple data sources to generate a set of dynamic predictions we can use to identify potential trouble spots and direct timely safety interventions.
Some initial ideas that volumes could be used for:
present predictions in relation to volumes (x crashes per volume y)
identify the extent to which volumes contribute to risk
As pointed out this is predicated on having access to a data source, which right now we're hoping will be Waze. We have applied to be part of the Research Program and I'll update this card as soon as we hear something back.
