Develop viz "showcase" mode #185

@alicefeng creating a new issue for this so we can keep track of what needs to be done to support this.

I have a PR lodged (https://github.com/Data4Democracy/crash-model/pull/184) that creates the new file that you've been working with, as part of the pipeline process. As it stands it gets created in /data/[city]/processed/preds_viz.geojson, is there anyway to reconfigure the webserver to be able to access this?
