A few small things

This PR contains 3 separate things

• Updates the UI to display kph or mph as given in the javascript config file. Updates the initialize_city script to set the speed unit to be mph if the city is in the US, kph otherwise (I know there are exceptions to this rule, but this handles all our current cases, and users can update the js config file if necessary).
• Fixes the bug where connected segments were disappearing for Boston when the script is run to add a custom map. This is due to the fact that the connect segments are written as a list in geojson, and fiona apparently drops lists out of the properties when reading it in.
• New script in src/showcase called run_all_cities that will run the pipeline sequentially on the set of cities with data directories. This isn't super robust, e.g. might fail if your directories are messed up. Will beef it up at some point, but wanted to get it out there as a utility. This will be particularly helpful if you're trying to run the visualization step in order to copy the files to the showcase's data directory.
