Add missing Denominators section referenced in `ard_dichotomous` and `ard_hierarchical` #259

The denominator parameter description is inherited from ard_categorical for both ard_dichotomous and ard_hierarchical and says "See below for details." but the Denominators section is not included in the documentation below for either of these functions.
