remove `spelling` soft dependency #261

You have already have it covered with the following GitHub Action

https://github.com/insightsengineering/cards/blob/d3dfc96c21c51163fbab32a7ae64f09992216ba1/.github/workflows/check.yaml#L76-L80

All the packages (incl. Suggests) are required to build the package which is a part of installing from source. Removing this will make the requirements a little bit smaller and faster to install.
