Documentation updates #233

great to have the pages.github documentation.

here are some updates needed.

  1. chevron is a collection of function to create standard tables, listings, and graphs for clinical trials reporting.
    • "function" should be "functions"
  2. staged.dependencies website.
    • link should point to the actual documentation not the repo. https://openpharma.github.io/staged.dependencies/
      1. Would be helpful to define the word pipeline in the context of chevron. when I see the word pipeline I think CI/CD and that isn't quite correct conceptually here
      2. The Introduction to Chevron --> pre-processing paragraph formatting I believe needs to be fixed.
      3. in .study vignette should "generally c("AVAL", "CNG")" be "generally c("AVAL", "CHG")"?
      4. in .study vignette was is meant by evolution of analysis?
