find out way to customize labels #588

currently there are a lot of labels like "total number of xxxx" and they are fixed. Find out a way to customize this.

in #592 there are already some initial try to achieve this.

After examination of the package, it seem that there are not so many places where labels need to be customized more than it already is. I only spotted a few instances we could think of modifying with render_safe:

[ ] "Treatment" (could be "intervention"?) in cmt01.
[ ] "Treatment" (could be "intervention"?) in coxt01.
[ ] "drug administration" in dtht01 (could it be something else)
[ ] "SUBJECT" in dst01_pre
