New format: "N=xx" (ie with no parentheses) #240

The example shells produced by the FDA column count headers with no parentheses around them, instead of the ones we have that include them.

Companies will want to be identical to the FDA example shells (even though having parentheses there doesn't damage legibility or information content in the slightest)
