Run scribe for CoreDev Release 2023.i3

Summary

Related to #25

Work with IDR to run scribe. The renv setup should be:

• Latest HEAD main branch from release candidates
• Released versions of all upstream and downstream packages (i.e. latest release of scda etc and the latest release of tmc, tmg etc).

• If not, create issue and address the error.
