`guides(<scale> = FALSE)` is deprecated. Please use `guides(<scale> = "none")` instead. #106

This is found in waterfall plot (set bar color as empty) and possibly elsewhere.

Make sure that the code still works with the versions of ggplot we support (see internal system for version used there)
