no space between right vertical line and right limit of swimlane #64

there is supposed to be a space between the limits and the left most and right most vertical lines like so:

However, in the event that only the right vertical line extends pass the original x-axis right limit, the space disappears:

The above PR is when this feature of extending the x-range was implemented

@kumamiao is this really a bug?

@pawelru this isn't really a bug that breaks anything. However, i think it is a quality / visual issue.

not critical bug and can be de-prioritized if needed, added an enhancement label
