save the gt object somewhere in the repo
render it as a page as a quarto document in isolation

in the quarto.yml, don't render quarto files,

hey @Melkiades Thanks for reviewing that repo reorganization PR. Would you be able to review the different outputs and make some brief comments about what needs to be fixed in them? I can add them under each formatting option on the site afterward. Thanks!
