[Feature Request]: A toggle button "Add All Patients column" for module tm_t_summary_by

Feature description

In the module tm_t_summary there exisits a toggle button "Add All Patients column". It would be nice if you could add the same toggle button in tm_t_summary_by. Right now it is possible to show the total column in tm_t_summary_by only by CODING the parameter "add_total=TRUE". It would be nice to make this feature dynamic (user-interactive). Below is the toggle button "Add All Patients" in tm_t_summary and would be nice to have same in tm_t_summary_by
