Currently integration tests don't pass because the load of the Shiny modules takes too long.

[x] Adding load_timeout = 30000 to AppDriver::new() calls should fix this.
[ ] Afterwards make another tag / release to help with https://github.com/insightsengineering/statistical-engineering/issues/69
