• update Config/Needs/verdepcheck entries
• removed # nolint from code-docs (e.g. examples) (this is actually rendered!).
• removed teal.reporter:: from code (incl. tests) as this is redundant inside teal.reporter
• removed teal.reporter:: from docs as this is also redundant here
• removed pkg:: from vignettes given library(pkg) before
• fixed roxygen note about documenting package level Rd
