Fill in 0s in g_lineplot table #140

This is a follow-up to a comment identified in https://github.com/insightsengineering/tern/pull/133

While the table is correct, it's not visually "nice" to have the 0s missing from the Arm A row in the summary table.

Note: other statistics (eg mean, mean_sd, etc) should be filled in appropriately if missing too.

It is now solved with #133 PR
