Signature missing with file upload

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have form with attachment
2. Sign form
3. Click on attachment link (to see if access time changes)
4. Return to document list (or refresh)
5. Signature field is blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Signature field should be present after signing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Fixed in 0.9.9.

Code no longer attempts to process any form fields on a file download request.
