Party-to-field mapping lost on Create Like for Document #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up a document version defined in a Library.
2. Click Create Like.
3. If you then go to the page editor and look at the parties, the mappings to 
fields they party can edit is empty.

There should be a new version of the document saved with a new name with all 
data carried forward.

Instead, while it's mostly there, the party-to-fields mapping is not maintained.

Fixed the mapping of parties to fields on create like and create test version.
Fixed in 0.9.2.
