fix: installation issues #16

This PR is to update some files, basically actualizing conda channels that are needed to install GaudiMM. Version of imp package is also updated to 2.11 because 2.9 is not available at salilab conda channel. With these changes, the installation process works without error (tested in Ubuntu 16.04 and macOS Mojave 10.14).

Let's see if we can get chimera to install properly on Travis so tests can run.

Looks like we are having some trouble with some packages in macos.
