how can i use it on sonoma with brew?

i have install it by brew, and i have try sourceforge.net download too. when i run it from application, i got:

ouldn't load translation for locale "" from /Applications/vym.app/Contents/Resources/translations

but, the app can run, then i cannot add son node, and brother node, although i can not edit anything.

my system: mac studio apple m1 max macos sonoma 14.5

Can you try the package from SourceForge? I did build the brew cask myself, it seems some paths are not correct.

Thanks, looks good, though I cannot reproduce with same Mac version, strange.

Can you try set locale manually? From a terminal run

open /Applications/vym.app --args -- locale en

when i use this sh command, the vym only jump one time in the dock. then it is dispear. and it is not open totally.

sorry, maybe my fault, when i run rym on my mbp2017 monterey, there are same display. when i press [enter] or [tab], they do nothing, so what is the shortcut to add son or brother node on macos? and this is the screen, is it right? i can not see the [add son]button and [add brother]button on UI, just like them in manual.

The buttons are there, top row, above the smileys. Little blue lines with "suns" on top.

Keyboard shortcuts start with "A" - add branch. "Shift-A" Add above, and so on.

"Enter" is used to start/stop editing heading of a branch. Tab has no function currently.
