don`t work on cleanly windows #85

After install on cleanly windows (windows server 2016, new cleanly instance on VDS), VYM cannot load or save files, report "tar:zip unknown format"

I think there are missing some libraries or programs in the VYM delivery

old windows versions are missing the zip tool. windows 10 or server 2019 have them,updating should help.
