The last time I checked, that information is only available (in Twitter's React state) when you've viewed a user's profile, so we don't have it available to apply to blue checks across the site.

Okay here's a second thought then: Maybe an option could be added so that we can manually whitelist any account we want (locally) so that they show the old legacy check while the rest show the Twitter Blue badge by default?
While Twitter has made it infinitely harder to differentiate between so-called "Twitter Blue" purchased verification badges and the original "Legacy" verification badges. You can still differentiate them by clicking on the badge on the user's profile and looking at the date:
Here's an example of a "Legacy" verification (Dated before November 2022):
And an example of a "Twitter Blue" verification (Dated after November 2022):
It would be nice if the "Premium Blue Checks" option only turned the accounts verified after November 2022 to the Twitter Blue logo instead of all checks.
(in this scenario obviously the grey and gold checks remain unchanged)
