Possible bug related to placebo tests #110

A user reported a possible bug in that specifying plot = FALSE to the placebo test function did not work properly, only returning point estimates and no standard errors.

Code appeared to be returning bootstrapped estimates already, but I added an explicit standard error calculation in the last batch of updates.
