RESOURCE-491 Modify the sample profile inspec-yml in the inspec-aws

Description

In the inspec.yml followings must be changed:

1. url of the inspec-aws repo.
2. inspec_version

Issues Resolved

The above changes are required; if the user has not updated the inspec-version, he will get an error, and now the GitHub URL is also changed.
