Add example to the documentation about setting up a simple environment using Ocelot #715

In this ticket, the documentation (Getting Started) should be extended by a simple example on how a simple setup can be made using e.g. InfluxDB, Jaeger/Zipkin and the inspectIT agent and how to collect traces with it.

This should also shortly note what is included in the new 1.3 default configuration (e.g. tracing)
