Pricing: Change free tier to number of free minuts #106

Consider changing the free tier to a number of free minutes per month instead of a 30-day limit.

Goal

Enables more continued usage of inspect. Keep people around.

Ideas:

120 minutes of debugging per month. Resets every month. Buy Pro plan for unlimited.

Risks:

Might hurt conversion
