Free time limit not being reset in some cases #200

Here’s the scenario:

  1. Installed Inspect a couple of days ago (can’t remember exactly which day but I think it was Friday 2024.06.07) – I live in Seattle, WA so Pacific Standard Time (PST).
  2. Utilized all 15 minutes of debug time
  3. Closed inspect
  4. Didn’t use inspect
  5. Opened inspect around 12:30am PST today (2024.06.09), connected device and received the “limit exceeded” message
