Unplugging and replugging iPhone 13 (and pressing Reload) won't restart syncing #210

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Connect an iPhone (in my case iPhone 13, iOS 17.7) to a windows PC (see details above)
  2. Start inspect. The phone and any active browser tabs should appear and sync correctly.
  3. Disconnect and reconnect phone.
  4. The phone view only shows "No debuggable views found", or the previous tabs but not syncing.
  5. Trying the Reload option from the top menu won't restart syncing.
  6. Restarting the inspect app generally resolves this issue, showing active tabs again.

@Spaxys Thanks for the report. Are you able upgrade to iOS 18? iOS17 is known to have a few issues here.
