Add support for Cordova Windows apps

(This is an enhancement for down the road).

Web apps can be built for Windows using Cordova. It would be nice if Inspect.dev could inspect those as well. Right now, it does not detect them.

Closing this feature request Windows targets are outside of the scope for Inspect which is focused on mobile..
