configuration doesn't get reparsed when reasking a question #32

on which build and on which question? can't reproduce. code checked (really seems ok) assuming this was a problem of an older build

happens on Quest3 or Quest4 Bug is in ConfigFile line 99. We shouldn't just check the main configuration file... there may be more this could get difficult especially with *-Includes. May just reparse on every call...
