WebGUI improvements

• hiding paragraphs should not look like links
• the questions on the navigation-bar to the left should look like links
• the percantages should always sum up to 100
• adjust font-colors to background (especially the orange open, the font in answer blocks, ...)
• use design from website (i.e. lighter brown for headings, darker brown for text, ...)

• I think the design is pretty close to that of the website now
