deactivate http
use a self-signed wildcard certificate as default
write instructions on how to change the certificate (this is tricky with JSSE)

Where should these instructions be located? The rest is done.

A hint that you should use keytool on conf/.keystore is given in RUNNING. I think the user should be able to use keytool (and it's documentation) by himself. An own documentation would not be that short because of the different certificate formats and so on.

So I consider this issue as solved.
