recheck isCritical() status of all questions #7

As few questions as possible should be marked as critical.

There are 4 critical questions: -Quest5 -Quest5a -Quest5b -Quest6

maybe Quest5b doesn't need to be critical but for a & b the critical value doesn't really matter... Maybe Quest5's criticalness should be based on the answers of a & b.

Quest5 no isn't critical anymore

'cause Include following is implemented by now and .htaccess in most cases are harmless only Quest6 is critical for now
