If you already (manually) answered some question it shouldn't be asked again in a future run. Already examined (automatic) questions should be reexamined but the user should not need to hit enter after every question.

working an this... can record and playback System.In also a System to save this to a file (and read it) has been established

but one has to look a the question where this is applied because the answer may changes.... ->run full audit before giving the ok

using JSON to save data would may be a good idea (better than an own file format and not as heavy as a database)

or just .properties files with a wrapper class (which seems to bee the easiest way)
