Feature request: module to change static realname #239

Hello!

I want a module or something that would change static realname. I noticed some IRC client having their links in the realname field which I find kind of spam. If inspircd has a module for server owners to change it to desired realname, it would be better.

could this be made a configurable option to have a static or dynamic value as real name (gecos ) could be used to spam and rather than to have all kinds of filters to detect and set ban it would be rather easier to have it a config option disabling the use of values set by users
