@CyberBotX asked for attribution for their module in #231 and although this module was made from whole cloth and shares its lineage more with the Charybdis module than theirs, they do deserve credit for the old one and for the NARRATOR and NARRATORA commands. I figured I'd elaborate on the history of the modules (as far as I know the history, that is) whilst I was at it.
