Description

Add a way to ban specific autonomous system numbers from connecting.

Why this would be useful

Sometimes whole ASN can be used for spamming.

This can be a really fine feature, can use AS number also in connect block would be awesome

I just committed the asn module to inspircd-contrib, does this work for y'all?

It has<connect asn="123 456 789"> in config and b:<asn> in channels.
