Comment

Test method only verifies whether abstract is a non-empty character string. There is no check to validate that the language presented is the correct one.

Proposed Change

Evaluate and update test method

Merge ATS for WMS and WMTS subelements that have identical requirements into single ATS, indicating to implementors that they can reuse ATS and ETS.
